She combines evidence-based manual therapy, neuromuscular re-training and therapeutic exercise to create an individualized program for each patient’s course of care. Whether a weekend warrior or competitive athlete, adolescent or adult, she strives to get patients back doing the things they love. She is passionate about health and wellness, and strives to help each patient achieve their goals and prevent future injury.
Outside of work, she enjoys participating in and watching sports. She loves cross-training, including HIIT training, running, biking, hiking, boxing, TRX and many other activities. Born and raised in Chicago, Betsy is a big Chicago area sports fan and can be found cheering on all the Chicago teams, especially the Cubs!
